Return & Refund Policy
You can return unused stickers in their original packaging within 30 days of your order date for a refund.
To start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions. Customers pay return shipping on standard returns.
Damaged or defective items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, with no return needed.
Refunds: Once an authorized return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you with the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post it.
Returns are shipped to the mailbox address on our Contact page. Please contact us first so we can match the package to your order.
